Cancel most of my order. Then offered me 10% of it. Then withdrawn that offer.
I placed a large order totaling £3500. They email me to tell me that they had oversold most of my order. They said that they could offer me £300 of my order ( Less than 10%). I picked up the email after a meeting and offered a response. To only be told that I can no longer have the £300 because I did not reply in time. There was no mention of any time deadline in the previous email which first stated the offer. Obviously i contacted to express my dissatisfaction and ask for them to resolve the issue. Only to be told that they would not do anything. They didn't even offer any kind of good will gesture. Poor customer service.
No longer send invoices
No longer send invoices, have to go chasing them. Delivery says complete when items missing then have to chase them, I haven’t got the time to babysit this company

Problem with the quantity
Considering we only received 1 of 4 boxes it was soon rectified by Stapes customer services and we received the rest quite quickly so I suppose the reflects the number of stars

Mistake made by Staples, by having the wrong item delivered ... and now I'm being put out further because of it!?
Already had to wait in all day, for the incorrect item to be delivered ... and now I'm having to wait in all day again, for a further 2 days (for correct item to be delivered & collection of incorrect item)!
Mistakes happen but how you deal with those mistakes is what matters.
What you (Staples) should be offering is a timed delivery & collection ... but you won't, because it will cost you money ... which is the bottom line.
So, instead, I'm made to suffer and be inconvenienced further ... because of YOUR MISTAKE !
I will never buy from Staples again!

I ordered 6x12 Harrogate Sparkling Water and 6x12 Harrogate Still water for a wedding. When they arrived they were not in the plastic shrink wrapping I had expected for each pack. Any plastic wrapping had largely disintegrated - bottles were scuffed, misshapen and unable to stand up - some had been taped together others were loose in over large cardboard boxes which were further damaged. They should have been sent in more robust packaging. I was initially offered a 10% refund but have gone for a full refund. Time wasted.
